Website
My end product consists of the incorporation of annual pediatric eating disorder screening. This will be in the form of a survey/ questionnaire to be completed by children and their parents annually. Also, pediatricians will be required to pay close attention to the symptoms of eating disorders in children.

Some additional components that I would like to include in my project is a brochure ( I feel that will add to the professionalism), a PSA video ( which will entertain as well as inform my viewers judges about my project), and a photo gallery showing pictures of me initiating my plan.

Eating disorders seem to be an issue often associated with
young women due to the consistent emphasis on maintaining perfect bodies in the
media. However, many aren’t aware of how morbid eating disorders are for the
youth of America- males and females. Numerous scholarly articles state that,
because physicians are failing to identify eating disorders in children, not
only is the economy suffering, but children’s health and cognition are also
negatively being affected. Annual screening for eating disorders must be
incorporated into the annual pediatric check-ups so as to ensure early
identification of pediatric eating disorders.
